Botox

Full Face Botox for $550

Forehead lines, the “11s” between the brows and crow’s feet at the corners of the eyes all come from the same thing: years of ordinary facial expression. Botox softens those lines by relaxing the muscles that create them.

At Chi Aesthetics Medspa & Wellness Center in Staten Island, full face Botox is $550. Every treatment is performed by Chikodiri Gibson, DNP, MBA, FNP-C, and her experienced team. The aim is not a frozen face, but a face that still moves and still looks like yours, with the lines softened.

Full Face Botox for $550

Most med spas price Botox per unit, which makes it almost impossible to know what you will pay until you are already in the chair. We do it differently.

Our full face Botox treatment is $550, a single flat price covering the three areas most patients want treated together:

  • Forehead lines
  • Frown lines between the brows, often called the “11s”
  • Crow’s feet around the outer corners of the eyes

You know the cost before your appointment begins. If you would prefer to treat only one or two areas, or you are interested in additional areas such as a lip flip, bunny lines, chin dimpling or jaw slimming, we will quote those for you at your consultation.

Members save further on treatments throughout the year. See what Chi VIP Membership includes.

What Is Botox and How Does It Work?

Botox is a neuromodulator made from a purified protein. When a very small amount is injected into a specific facial muscle, it temporarily blocks the nerve signal telling that muscle to contract. The muscle relaxes and the line it was creating softens.

It has been used cosmetically for decades and is FDA-approved for the treatment of frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. Because the effect is temporary, nothing about it is permanent. The muscle gradually returns to normal over a few months.

Botox works on dynamic wrinkles, the ones caused by movement. Lines that remain visible when your face is completely still are usually better addressed with dermal fillers or a resurfacing treatment, and we will tell you if that is the case for you.

For Whom Is Botox Best Suited?

Botox works best for patients with expression lines on the upper face who want a subtle result with essentially no downtime.

It may be a good fit for:

  • Men and women with forehead, frown or crow’s feet lines
  • Patients noticing that those lines now stay visible at rest
  • Anyone wanting to slow the development of new expression lines
  • People who need a quick treatment with no recovery time
  • Patients in good general health with realistic expectations

Botox is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with certain neuromuscular conditions, or with an active infection at the injection site. We review your full medical history before treating you.

A consultation at our Medspa Wellness clinic helps us confirm whether Botox is the right choice for your goals.

Benefits of Botox

Botox remains one of the most requested treatments at our Staten Island medspa,
and these are the reasons patients give most often:

Quick Appointments

The injections themselves take about ten to fifteen minutes. Many patients come in on a lunch break.

No Downtime

There is no recovery period. Small red marks at the injection sites fade within about an hour.

Natural-Looking Results

We dose conservatively and place injections based on how your face actually moves, so you keep your expressions.

Preventative as Well as Corrective

Treating expression lines early can slow how deeply they set into the skin over time.

Nothing Is Permanent

The effect wears off gradually. If you decide it is not for you, your face simply returns to how it was.

Transparent Pricing

Full face Botox is $550. You know exactly what you are paying before you book.

When Results Appear and How Long They Last

Botox does not work instantly. Most patients start to notice a change around day three to five, with the full effect visible at about two weeks. That is why follow-ups are booked at the two-week mark rather than sooner.

Results typically last three to four months. How long it lasts for you depends on:

  • Your metabolism
  • How strong the treated muscles are
  • The dose used
  • How physically active you are

We generally recommend booking your next appointment before the effect has fully worn off, so the lines never completely return.

Botox Recovery and Aftercare

There is no real recovery period, though a few simple rules for the first 24 hours help protect your result:

  • Stay upright for four hours, with no lying flat or face-down
  • Do not rub, massage or press on the treated areas
  • Skip strenuous exercise, saunas and hot tubs
  • Avoid facials and massage for a couple of days
  • Go easy on alcohol
  • Normal facial expressions are fine and even encouraged

Minor bruising, small bumps or slight tenderness at the injection sites can occur and settle quickly. Call us if anything concerns you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Full face Botox is $550 at Chi Aesthetics. That flat price covers the forehead, the frown lines between the brows and the crow’s feet. Additional areas are quoted separately at your consultation.

Very little. The needle is extremely fine and each injection is over in a second. Numbing is available if you would like it, but most patients do not ask for it.

Not if it is dosed and placed well. Our approach is conservative and tailored to how your face moves, so you keep your expressions. If you want a stronger or softer result, tell us and we will adjust.

Typically three to four months, varying with your metabolism, muscle strength, the dose used and your activity level.

Botox relaxes muscles to soften lines caused by movement. Dermal fillers add volume to restore fullness and smooth lines that are visible even when your face is still. Many patients use both.

Yes, but leave time. Book at least two to three weeks ahead so the result has fully settled and any small bruising has resolved.

Patients interested in Botox may also like complementary aesthetic services such as:

  • Injectables and Dermal Fillers
  • Fotona 4D Facelift
  • Microneedling
  • PDO Threads
