Chikodiri Gibson, DNP, MBA, FNP-C, of Chi Aesthetics Medspa and Wellness Center in the West Brighton neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City, has more than 20 years of aesthetic medicine and wellness expertise. Known familiarly as “Chi” to her patients, she’s a certified expert nurse injector and has performed tens of thousands of cosmetic procedures.

She specializes in applying neurotoxins for wrinkle relief and collagen stimulators. Skilled in administering soft tissue fillers, Chi is also certified in Mesotherapy and Kybella® treatment. Her wellness experience includes helping patients rebalance hormones with hormone replacement therapy and boosting energy and immunity through IV therapy.

Chi promotes a holistic approach to beauty and wellness that helps patients achieve natural and lasting results tailored to their unique needs and goals. Holding a Doctorate in Nurse Practice (DNP) in family practice, a Master in Science in Nursing (MSN) as an adult acute care clinical nurse specialist, board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Systems Management, Chi has advanced skills that she combines with an artistic eye to enhance physical beauty.

Registered Nurse & Licensed Massage Therapist

With over 20 years of combined clinical and spa experience, Carolyn Matthews offers a deeply holistic approach to aesthetics and wellness. As both a Registered Nurse (BSN) and a Licensed Massage Therapist, she expertly blends clinical knowledge with therapeutic touch to achieve inner balance and visible outer beauty.

Carolyn’s philosophy asserts that the foundation for any advanced aesthetic procedure is a healthy, balanced body—a state best achieved through complementary modalities like nutritive IV therapy and specialized massage. She is an expert in techniques such as Brazilian lymphatic drainage, which supports the immune, nervous, and lymphatic systems to significantly optimize client results and overall well-being.

Certified Body Contouring Specialist

Diamond Mendez is a certified Body Contouring Specialist, trained at Get Waisted University in advanced non-invasive sculpting techniques. With multiple certifications—including Wood Therapy, Vacuum Therapy, Laser Lipo, Cavitation, RF Skin Tightening, and Master Body Contouring—Diamond brings both expertise and passion to every treatment.

Her mission is to help clients achieve their body goals safely and effectively through personalized, results-driven care. Whether you’re looking to slim, tone, define, or enhance your natural curves, Diamond provides a supportive and welcoming experience tailored to your unique needs. She is especially skilled in post-surgical lymphatic drainage, helping clients recover quickly, reduce swelling, and feel better faster.

Licensed Esthetician

Born and raised in Staten Island, Katherine Kuhn is a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. A 2018 graduate of the Aveda Institute in SoHo, Katherine began her career in Texas, where she spent two years working in a high-volume MedSpa. There, she gained extensive hands-on experience in microneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments, and body contouring.

Passionate about skin health, Katherine takes a personalized, results-driven approach to every treatment. She is known for her attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and caring nature—traits her clients deeply appreciate. With a touch of OCD, she ensures every service is performed with precision and care.

Katherine’s favorite skincare product is ZO Rozatrol, which reflects her love for treatments that restore balance and bring out natural radiance. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys baking and sharing her creations with family and friends.

Her ultimate goal is to help each client regain their self-confidence and leave with healthy, glowing skin.

Valentina Prudent is a licensed Esthetician who graduated with honors from Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics. With expertise in skincare treatments, facial massage, and personalized care, Valentina creates tailored plans to help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, she ensures clients receive innovative treatments in a warm, welcoming environment. Dedicated to helping others look and feel their best, Valentina is passionate about supporting every client’s skincare journey.
